PROFILE
Since 1997, Pioneer Group, Inc., has been active in redeveloping neighborhoods in the core areas of cities and a wide assortment of historical preservation projects and federal government Enhanced Use Lease projects. However, we were not satisfied in just dealing with the brick and mortar. From the start, we worked to address the multitude of factors necessary to develop neighborhoods and feelings of community. Displaying what is perhaps an old-fashioned "pioneering spirit" we focused on providing opportunities to lower- and moderate-income individuals to enjoy the shelter of affordable housing in community neighborhoods by providing security, health care education and life skills.
